He came in, through the kitchen window, He finally dare to come in my casa. It is really bad weather, raining cats and dogs! too! So, after eating his breakfast, he decided he wanted to come in... I was totally suprised! Pleasantly surprised. So very carefully, he climbed down and went to investigate the kitchen.... BuT! i moved.....He looked at me, stood very still and just went outside again, in this horrible weather, I feel sad & bad about that.... Maybe he will try again the next time? It is a very big step, for this stray cat. |

livcat, It is a good idea, i can do that in the summer time, it is too cold, now, to leave a window open.. alas, there are more stray cats around here, who will eat me blind!

Arts, Yes, i am feeding him, for some time, now, so maybe.. he will come around and becomes approachable... fingers crossed!

pac. he is a rather old guy, cat, and very cautious, in contact with people... a bit jumpy when you approach him.. i always have to be carefull, because before i know it, he is attacking me.. just very scared.... Dont touch me, is his attitude, unless.....  no kitten, at all.

give the cat time. he wants to make friends. He's just not sure you're not going to eat him yet. Pick up a package of cat treats. Once they taste them they can't resist the flavor. If you have a cardboard box that's shallow. Put a few old clean towels in it. He'll get the idea. If you have a rocking chair just sit there and read. He will come and want to be close and enjoy your company without being under any threat. Just let him approach you. It will happen. I know cats. I'm an experienced pussy handler.

always, I dont know anything about his past, he is very afraid. Always ready to hit me, scratch me... attack me... when i try to touch him He loves it, when i scratch his neck...BUT, not too much! When he attacked me, he always looks kind of surprised, What did i do? And runs away. Hmm, you? an experienced pussy handler? 🤣😂🤣 I Do believe you, you know... ?! 😊😇
