Outside of my comfort zone! As the folks who read my blog already must know, I HATE cold weather, water, anything cold! BUt, BUT, last year, in a other forum, people talked about taking a cold shower, or at least end your shower with cold water! I declared them all sick, or brain death, ofcourse! LOL  No Way In Hell, Am I Going To Take Cold Showers! Especially NOT in winter times! Just NOT. BUT, it kept in my brain, that story.. ANd now i am doing it!! God, how do i hate it! Groan and moan, It is hell! ! Making all kind of strange sounds in the shower! LOL Not sexy at all! |

It is, as i inmaging it could be, with a Master-dominant/ sadist? when he asks you to do, something, and you do that one thing, Because he asked you, and you agreed to obey him.... But you hate it anyway, you are doing it for him, to make him happy, wich will make you happy.... Comfortzones? strange places to be!

hows mr wood getting along? You should get into some work clothes and go help him for a day. You could take lunch for two. Sure beats a cold shower, and yes they are brain dead. no way im doing that. I had to take a cold shower for 2 weeks after a hurricane hit Charleston South Carolina, and knocked the power out. It was the hardest thing to do and it was miserable.

It is so comfortable to be in our comfort zones, but as I read somewhere "your comfort zone will kill you"... I guess it is good once in a while to do something completely out of it.. even if having a cold shower, which for me personally would be rather difficult

lancylad, Aah, do i detect a little schooltime trauma...? This seem to be very good, for your whole body..... see it, as a way to self"torture"......

always, Mr.Wood is doing alright, thank you. It seem to be very healthy for your body!? Or so they told me..... I am starting this up, in spring, maybe i am courageous enough to keeep at it, in winter times too!

likeithot Ooh? really? Hmm, i did already lose a lot of weight during having corona.. I dont think, i need to lose more... I do this, because it is said, to be good for your whole body... Now i am not sure, about that anymore.....

ExName, Yes, that is what i heard, too. No growing, by staying inside your comfort zone! So, i thought, lets give this a try, see how i "like" it..... And, you, we, can get used to a lot of things... so..... It is not for everyone, i can understand that.

jenny well, frankly, just to do, something outside my comfortzone, and do something i really hate! LOL Just to see, if i can continue this, when there is no reward, no joy even... SOme sort of self flagellation>?  It is sometimes tough to be a maso... giggles! And it seem to be good for your body, boost your whole body system.
