Today was just one of those days... Was such a day.... There was this package, to be collected at some distribution centre. Most of the time, it is just in the supermarket, little postoffice. But this time it was at an industrial area I never been in that part of town. So, checking it out, google is your friend, i did find my own house, LOL but could not place this building.... I knew roughly the route, so there i go. Asking in some car shop, if they could tell me were this distribution centre was... They send me a totall other direction, it was again, bloody hot. NIce to be on the bike, weather! I thought i found this centre, went into the building. Two very nice men, welcomed me there, and told me, i was at the wrong spot. It was all so funny, because the place i needed to be, i went by, on my route, more then 4 times!! (never recognised it) This made me laugh so much, i find such things funny like hell. This one man, gave me a bottle of waterTelling me, i think you should drink some, first, before you go outside again. So sweet! So caring. ( i did forget to bring water) So i tell them about how i am chasing this package for three days now, and still cant catch it. They wanted to know about the package, so i told them, it is not for me, it is for a friend, who is in the Hospital and so on and so and so We came to talk about deadly deseases, being cancer one of them. When i left their office, they both told me; you are doing somethin very important for that family, you are doing a great job. i was shy, because of their compliment. So, finally i got to the right place and collected the parcel, i was in and out of that building in two minutes! it where shoes..... For crying out loud! Everybody happy! And i know of an other distribution centre! And, again, my Chinese friend is very thankful. It is such a small thing..... to do.... Riding around on my bike for half a hour..... searching....Laughs..... |

I have a similar dilemma as some of these centres are 20 miles away ........ I tend to plan my week based on deliveries, and hope they all arrive on the same day !! D-J xx

davina, I understand, at this moment, i am waiting for a red trench coat! to be delivered! God only knows when! LOL I hope this week.... I always feel excited like a child, going on schoolcamp, or such a thing, Santa Claus and Birthday at the same time! Fingers crossed, the size is correct!
