I refuse!


I refuse to be pressed into believing, that "old age" can only be archieved with all kinds of sickness...
Artretis, reuma, high blood pressure, and gods know what more,,
I just refuse to believe that..

I also know people who did not get sick and are really old, old...

SO, there must be something to do about it.
Aside from genetical mishaps... maybe..?

There must be something you, i, everyone, can do about staying healty and get old, too...

There must be a connection with what ever it is, we put into that body.
I am convinced !!!
There must be some sort connection between our food and our declining health.
For some, that is....

I tried all kind of "healty food", with changing effect.... end results.

Paleo, Vegitarian, Vegan, even, Dont forget that disaster of Aurvedic....
All hold some part of the puzzle, but non have the whole answer.

I, for sure, know, that eating meat, everyday, is not really very good for your bowel.
Like drinking alcoholics is also not really healthy.
There seem to be a connection with drinking and getting cancer....

I think i found a big part of the answer with base - sour way of eating...

I never followed any dieet, i had a crazy mad sister, who being slim, thought she was fat, so she followed almost any dieet, she could get her hands on.
After finishing that dieet, she fall right back into her old patterns.
She is still totally obsessed with anybodys weight, and hers first!

Is very, very critical, toward other folks, who feel good, the way they are and dont want to follow what ever dieet....

I never saw the benefit of that, why would you wanne do that to your body?
I have been fat, i knew why.
When my personal situation changed, so did my weight...

It also seems to be not really very healthy to eat night shade greens, like eggplants, tomatoes, patatoes..peppers....

Is there a taste, flavor without those?
i can promise you, there is!

It all comes down to a change of mind.

Dont keep onto old habits and believes, makes a big difference, ofcourse..

Try to stay, mentally supple

Try to be adventures!! if you feel like.....

In the end, it is all about maintaining a balance.....

i dont use any medication, i have a healthy weight.. But that balance is a thing....
Reading two books about this sour -Base way of eating.

Very happy i found those two books.
The whole metabolism of the body is explained in one of them.

Take your supplements, there is almost no healthy substance in your daily fruits and vegies, anymore.

Just my thought about food and staying healthy.
I wish and want everyone to be and stay healthy. on all levels.

I'd add the best thing to prevent " getting old"...

Is to do light cardio that is easy on your joints/ body like walking or swimming..

And do some form of weight training.

Foodwise...I think the best advice is to hit the salad bar and eat in smaller portions

You seem to post this point a lot and I would like to know your sources on this rosa. Especially since meat is nutritionally dense and the body uses most of it, creating less waste and not going "rancid" or spoiling in the digestive tract like some used to try to say.

Well there are all sorts of rapports of the value of eating daily meat.
I dont want to get into that.
We, overhere, call that, the butcher is criticize their own meat.....

All the meat/dairy, wheat industry has been brianwashed the people for ages.
Just to make some/ more pesetas...

There are also rapports about meat staying much, much longer in your bowel, before it is totally digested..
That can create some real nasty fermentation, combined with vegies, is not a good combo...
And then there is the effect of using good land, for food for the people, instead of for food for animals, being eatin by people....
The cycle is a bit off, in my opinion.
There is allways something to say, pro or contra anything,
taking dairy products or not, is one other case....

We are all brainwashed, by the food industry. that is for sure.

I dont know anyting about the working of bromalaine.If it works for you, is the most important thing.
If there are not too serious side effects....

Food can have a very big impact on your overall health.. too
The right kind of food, that is...
There is no one size fits all, in this... i believe.

You just have to be your own guinea pig
Be carefull in combination with chemical medicine use.

I think you have to do your own research on this.
i can give you the titles of those two dutch books, but i dont think that will help you much!

And please, dont believe everything they tell you, online.
about drinking citrus water (bad for your teeth) or using baking soda, that is a lot of crap, as far as i know....
There are lists online with sour/ alkalic base food.
You can use that as a guideline and see how you feel when you change some paterns in your food intake...
see how your body reacts on it.

that sounds like some good advice too.

Only, salads are not good for everyone.
some need to eat more soup like things, warm breakfast and such.
smaller portions and better chewing,
really only focus on your food and not your I phone/laptop, tv at the same time..., helps too

it is about eating much more vegies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and less meat, fish, wheat products, dairly products, dried figs, abricots, dades, or raisins.

Make it 2/3 fruit and vegies and 1/3 fish and meat and the other products...

Also, for what i have understood, it is better to not mix the meat with vegies.
or with the fruit...
eat the fruit seperate from any other food.
Herbs are also good to eat, use with cooking, the green herbs, like tarragon, i love that herb very much.

I hope i helped you on your way, with this bit of advice.
