some story, Well, after finishing that last Chrismas tree, i had a day off, Came back the other day, and someone else had decorated the tree.  Like it was done by a three year old... Or someone on speed, or something like that! All the decoration where all over the place!! All colours where everywhere, all kind and shape of balls, too. A Christmas tree on speed! It made me laugh, looking at it, inside... Never mind, i wanted to decorate it a bit more tastefull...?! i had planned to decorate the tree with black balls and purple garlands... Nothing of that kind! Aah, well, so much for communication.. NOT, in this case. The other day, i was totally prepared to start with my bike again was very happy to try to get the sadlle off that bike. I come in the workshop and i see, that there is a new sadle on my bike! WTF! I get really very upset! So i go search for this Sour man, and he indeed, just removed the old sadle and put a new one, in MY bike. While i had my day off. This is the third time he messed with my project. I exploded!! How in hells name did he had to right to M with MY bike!! I was furious!! This was the third time he M with my bike!! I was sooo terrible angry!! I could have attacked him!!! He, just have this grin of insanity on his face, not able to answer my only question; Did i asked you to put that sadle on MY bike??? Answer my question! him, just keeping grinning like a monkey and not answering me, at all So i started shouting at him I was soo angry!! The third time he messed with MY bike!! Yes, it was not a nice sight, i dont F F give a damn. So, ofcourse the staff come rushing in, and try to calm me down. I dont want to calm down! I want to finish this guy!! You must know, the staff are all very young people, with not much life experience under their belt and this lady, especially, is always making excuses for this guy his behaviour. I hate it, when especially women, make excuses for sexictic behaviour of men!! "the ooh, he did not mean that"excuse!!" The excuse for the R -A word... yeah, really, nice!! Well, let me tell you something, he did!! So, they removed him, from the workfloor, i was left to work on my bike But i was sooo upset, i could not think straight. So, i went to the thrift shop, wandered around a bit Went back to the workfloor. Went to an other guy who also very much dislikes this Indien sour guy, had a miljon conflicts with him, over the years.... I talked a bit with him, he is also a guy with a very big criminal record... Did a lot of nasty, crazy stuff.. But, i can talk with him. he is decent to me. We talk as equals. He likes it, that i want to learn, and he helps me too. explains things, if i dont understand it. So, after a while, i go back to my bike, the sadle is not even put on the bike in a correct way.!  So, i repair this, and go on the bike, to see if the gear is working correctly. NOT... After some time, this woman staff member comes to me, and starts to talk with me. So, i explain, this is the third time he messes with MY project I have enough of that And allways when i am a day off. Again, she is making excuses for his behaviour. That drive me mad too!! stupid cow!! Never been assulted by men? always lived in a pink bubble?  amp;amp;So, i tell her, i doubt his good intention. He did not mean it, story! He ALWAYS did this the days i am off> (also the way he talks about the staff is really without any respect for them) He also does this same behaviour, when he cant fix something on his own bike, he just takes an other bike, does not matter if someone else is working on it, and goes working on that bike!? He never finish anything, not ever screw the bolts and nuts tight! After a while, an other staff member, W came to me, asked how i was I told him, murderously angry. Warned him that is that guy so much as walked across from me i would hit him with the first thing i could get my hands on, that kind of murderous angry. He fell silent and again, tried to explain this behaviour of that man, again. I told him this the third time he F s with MY project. This is not a mistake!! Explaining to me, he might wanted to help me, by doing the job for me So i asked him; how do i learn to fix bikes, when he is doing all the work I dont learn a thing, that way He did not know how to react on that.....   Later on, when i was in the office again, this woman asked me if we did became friends again!? Pardon!! this is not the sandbox!! Friends???? Get real!! IF we talked this out? I told her, i have talked enough with him. If i see him near MY project again, i will throw the first tool i can find, at him! So, i am very curious how they will handle this, next tuesday.... This woman also told me, that the other supervisor was not there on Thursday, when he messed with my Project. That that was, maybe, the reason, why he did it?? Always making excuses for his behaviour!! Sick and tired of that. He too, is there for probation time. My bike is doing allright,   Almost got it done, i hope! I think, i have to replace the gear cable, never did that!! So, now everyone, working there, knows they dont F with me, or they will know it! Whahahahaha I am the most peacefull person in the world! I rather walk away from any kind of conflict... Let hem have their right! to what ever!! BUT....... push me..... there is always...

I might, i just might, try to talk to this sour guy, maybe.... Or maybe not! I might explode again!! And only with a witness around.

Hi Rosa, not telling you what to do, and I understand why you're angry, but, I think I would refrain from talking with him. I think I'd wait to talk to the 'other' supervisor and let the supervisor know how you feel about what this guy did, and how it made you feel. I'd also explain to the supervisor that you don't want it to happen any more, and let the supervisor go and talk to this 'sour man'. Just my own opinion as to how I would handle it, but you need to do what you think is right for you, Rosa, I just wouldn't want to hear that you "exploded" again and it costs you your job, as you SEEM to enjoy working there, for the MOST part! Hope you get it worked out...I enjoy reading your BLOGS about you working there!

I think, Rosa, the next time this guy messes with you, you should take a spanner and knock his teeth out, as the front office people don't seem to want to confront him about his behavior. Maybe you should bring a lawsuit against the shop, because it appears this Indian shit head creates a toxic workplace, and no one is willing to get him to change his behavior. Just my thoughts.

Hi there rosaenaluin, You are perfectly credible to be agitated as you are. i'm sorry, but i think that this man knows he gets to you and wants to be on your mind as he is. That's what bucket heads do. Because they have cold, empty lives and need to fill themselves with others in any way they can. Wait a second, where in the hell are his projects? Doesn't bucket head get his own stuff to do and learn? Sounds like he could use some learning...i dunno. It seems to me to get rid of this one might take more sneaky kinds of measures. i dunno and i don't wanna really say, but sometimes one has to fight from the trenches, out of the sights of watchful eyes. Just a suggestion..... Please be well, there are too many folks in the world like bucket head, but you can outwit him, of course you can. And i'm sure you will, my dear. [fingers crossed]

I have worked in a number of places through the years. There is always at least one co-employee around that will bother you, it's just the way life is. just tell him not to touch your things when you haven't asked him too is all.

n_Tryst, He does this same behaviour, with his own bike project, too When he is not able to finish or fix something, he just leaves that alone and start somewhere easier, so he can fix that, instead, Even if nobody asked him, to do that thing. He does not listen, does listen to advice, dont answer questions about his motivation, on why he started an other project. he is a loose canon. picks fights with almost everyone.... Sick in the head. A nasty piece of - youknowwhat- A very high inflated, self sense, awareness, not build on anything real, actually... I just will ignore him.

pzkw, Hahahaha, your suggestion about the spanner, made me laugh out loud. i wish it was that easy! LOL I think, this organisation gets money, to let him be there. So, that can be a very strong argument to not do anything about his behaviour. Some people are able and willing!! to learn and change, some cant. i think, he falls into that last catagory.... Also, because he thinks very highly of himself, we are not worth to be in the same place, breath in the same air, as him. he is thé king, kind of delutional behaviour.

BillywildMartin, That sounds like some good advice, i will do just that. This other supervisor tried to talk to him, about other things, too, about why he does certain things, he just dont get an answer. just a bunch of justifications, always pointing to someone else, who did something, inmaginary wrong.... he is like an eel in a bucket of snot. I will for sure, talk to that other supervisor, see what he has to say about it all. And, indeed, tell him, i dont want him to touch my bike projects anymore. Dont want him near any of my projects. The sour man does not answer the questions of this supervisor either. He might be some sort of psychophate.... or something like that...? Dont take any responsibility on bikes he works on, it is never his doing, always someone elses.. I will see how things go, next tuesday.
