Sun, soleil, sol, zon, sonne, We got two days sunshine, again the wind was freezing cold, so, you could NOT sit in the garden, in the sun,enjoy it, ...  And then i heard, some very important air flow, The Artic Polair Vortex, changed course, above the Northpole..... Wich could have a very big impact on the weather overall, and here too. The wind changed from West to East, and that means, most of the time overhere, very bad winter, cold weather!! God forbid!! Not again!! They are talking abous snow, again.... and freezing temps, too. They specifically mentioned two dates, the 16 and the 17 of April..... How is that going to work? Two days of snow, and after that, we are going on with the spring times? I dont get it... Stop this planet, i wanne get of!!   amp;

For a S.A.D. person, sunlight is very, very important, whole day long, days at a end... NO clouds!! So, this is the third spring, i believe, we have a wet season. with a bit of sunshine, but not ever the amount i need, to get OUT of that winterdepression.... sighs.... Have a great day! anyway!

Ah, Mother Nature can been quite a FICKLE BITCH some years! We've had snow here in April in my lifetime, unfortunately. But FORTUNATELY, it is 'few and far between'! But, the Netherlands is considerably closer to the North Pole, and therefore, much colder for longer periods of time, especially Winter and how it can drag on into Spring. I hope the 'weatherman/person' is WRONG with their impending forecast and that your Springtime will arrive sooner than they predict (they aren't KNOWN for their accuracy with their forecasts here in the USA...in the mean time, stay bundled up and DREAM of warmer days ahead during your planned travel to warmer destinations, dear Rosa!

brandy, I do believe so, too Have this gut feeling for a long time, now this urgency... for ..... this strange feeling of doom..... not knowing from which direction it will come... strange, dont you think? ( or not so...?) stock up, keep warm, have enough H2O, stay safe

1benqick, sorry for the late reply, It has been a wet season for at least three years, now, overhere... Sure, we did get some sun, most of the time, at the end of the afternoon, while the sun does not have much force anymore... So, why bother? Oh, yes, i do dream about south France, to start with, to stay the winter times there, and from there on, go into South Spain... and on, in to South Portugal But, maybe, i will stay some where else, if the place suites me? who knows? As long as there is 350 days sunshine, i can handle the rest!

drmgirl sorry for the late reply, Yes, it has been some days now, without nearly any sunshine, overhere... Sighs... That is how the weather is, in Holland, you will never know, if you leave the house in the morning if you need your wellies, or your sunglases, or any other garment for the wintertimes!

bdsmDd, I am ,too I want to plan that traveling very carefully. I am working on it, step by step, i will let you know, when i will be on the move!
