A wound and resin?

I have been doing some reading, on healing wounds on the way...

There is this very great smelling resin in pine trees, if you cut a branch, you can use the resin as a band Aid.
I did that with this one wound, on my little finger that does not heal, because i constantly rub it against all kind of stuff...
Very frustrating....

Now i have put on some resin, and it works like a charm!
It is very sticky... but who cares! it heals

Yep! They just glued four incisions they did on me about a week ago with glue, and put band aids on them and sent me home the same day...modern Medicine at it's FINEST!

Many natural home remedies have sadly been forgotten in our modern world...😎

duobey,
Hahah, not so long, there are still folks around, in the wild, like in Finland, etc who use this.

Thank you Rosa, I'm well on the way to complete recovery, have a two week check up on Friday to see how things are progressing, but so far, so good. The day of surgery and the very next day were the two worst days, but really, on a scale of one to ten (ten being the worst), the pain level never exceeded a '4', and I took extra strength Tylenol (two tablets every twelve hours) for those days to control the little pain there was... and the glue seemed to hold everything together and allow for some 'quick' healing/recovery...

1benqick,
That is good to know!
Yeah, unwanted pain can be a bitch! LOL
pain is not always the same level, or place, for that matter.

I once had a ear pain, that was killing me, while a broken midhand bone did not hurt me as much as that ear pain did...

Take it easy, dont overstress yourself, let your body do the works, it needs... and all that kind of unwanted advise!
