Spring? Where>? It is the wet season again! it just doesnt seem to stop raining!! Anyway, to pass the time,  i am sewing skirts for on the way.i will be wearing bikershorts, (offcourse) so i will also be wearing skirts on top of that. i dont like the look of those bikershorts, i want to hide them, under some skirts. I have been sewing two already and now i am in the process of finishing them. I am also pimping them up, with all kind of lace and buttons, just for show!  So i have something nice to look at, while on the way.. It will look like some gipsy/ Ibiza style skirts...  want to sew a sheet bag for in my sleeping bag, i might be making two...  I need to level the soil in my garden, to make space for my tent... see how that will go? I am busy on all fronts, at the same time! I love that! |

All i need now, are some dry days, please! So i can start cooking and sleeping in my garden... once in a while.. just to practise.

Sewing is something I never mastered. I wear bike shorts when I walk but its hot here in FL.

drmgirl, sewing is to me, like working in the garden, i get all zen from doing that... Yeah, i can inmaging, you walking around in the heat, in those bikershorts, they are very nice to wear, when it is hot... The real bikershorts have a piece of suede, piece of soft leather in your crotch... so you wont get sadle pains.... that easy. it shows, those pieces, i dont feel comfortable in those, without covering that up...

bdsmDd, Not those real biker shorts, with that piece of leather/ suede sticked in the bottom... crotch..... You can see it very good, on the bottom, it looks horrible! The fashion ones? yeah they are real hot!

1benquick I think i have to disappoint you and the crowd here... when i am on the move, i wont be on here, anymore. Or on any other internet site.... or online..... Maybe app some of my family members, to tell them, i am still alife! it is all good! Maybe, when i find a nice place to stay, i will tell, but maybe not...?!

I can hand sew a few things, like buttons and patches. But anything more than that is gonna look like crap is I attempt it. Have fun camping. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

Ooh, but that is great and good enough, dont you think? I can do both... but i prefere the sewing machine, it goes way faster then by hand... Did some by hand, today... because that fitst that skirt..... better....
