 the old one's are the best !!! they make you think more and don't show all the blood and other things. but you know it's there and stay's in my mind more

 I voted psychological because I love everything to do with psychology, and I love movies and tv shows that make me think. Horror is specifically interesting when it comes to psychology and human nature.

I was a huge movie fan, but the past decade has been pretty dismal for GOOD movies. Yeah, the comic book movies were fun, but they kind of lack substance due to predictability.

And, don't get me started on all of the terrible attempts at a seemingly endless stream of bad remakes.

 Italian Horror Films dubbed in english or with subtitles- films with barbara steele & christopher lee among others- i believe this genre is also called the Giallos....

 i also put psychological, bu then all horror movies are in a way. The psychology of making you believe the worst, even if nothing serious is happening.

 Oh, Silly me! i forgot that i actually own all 6 Resident Evil movies on DVD. i suppose that is because i do not think of them as "Horror" but rather as "Action."
