From Sub to Mistress?

My sub of 6+ years has made a request. She wants to be a "Sub+". She basically desires more responsibility and interaction outside our dungeon. I'm extremely excited and proud of her, and plan to elevate her with a revised contract on Jan. 1, 2023.
But I also plan on conducting a wonderful experiment. In an effort to assess her level of growth and responsibility, I am surprising her with a new sub, who she will be responsible for training.......for her own pleasure I am curious to see how she responds to taking on mistress like duties; which will include some lezdom interactions, which in the past, she has been terribly uncomfortable with.
How much is she hard-wired to be a sub? Will she reject her new role in favor of her natural role of obedience and servitude? Will she reluctantly accept her new role simply to please me? Or will she naturally embrace her new role, demonstrating growth and a transition to something new and different?
If she embraces her new role, I have an experienced Older Mistress friend who I will consult with to evaluate her potential, and take her on as a student, if she sees potential.
The beauty of this is there is no right or wrong outcome. However, to me, change and growth are extremely exciting. But no matter the outcome, I will support, guide, and teach her as needed. Thats my job as her master.
