Various females resent it when I ask in my profile for a sub who cares enough about herself to stay slender so she can be healthier, more active, feel good in public and look sexy when naked.
Only in the USA, compared to other civilized and highly developed countries, do obese females call themselves beautiful and sexy (BBW).
People have many excuses why they "cannot" drop weight: age, thyroid, work, family, stress, food addictions, laziness, etc.
I added weight fast after I suddenly lost my thyroid due to surgery, but decided to change my life 3 years ago and lost 30 lbs in three months. I try to stay healthy and fit by eating right, doing all farm chores myself and walking an additional 20-30 miles per week.
Proven weight loss recipe:
[1] Get your mind right - it is for your own good!
[2] Drop daily calorie intake to 1,200 for females and 1,500 for males
[3] Walk 40-60 minutes a day (No need to run if you have bad legs)
[4] Cut ALL sugars (sweets, puddings, cake, cookies, pie, ice cream)
[5] Cut fat (red meat, whole milk products, high cholesterol food)
[6] Cut ALL sodas (even diet type) - drink skim milk & LOTS of water
[7] Cut bread, pasta and white rice
[8] Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables daily
[9] Do NOT starve yourself: eat 4-5 small meals per day
[10] Weigh yourself EVERY morning to see the amazing results!

Interesting that many of the latest scam profiles have GOLD membership.
That means many idiot males are sending them money so they keep coming back for more profits!
ALT now refuses to delete the fakes and scams - they make money off our misery too.
This website changed totally after the new owners took it over.

I complained to ALT that the chat IM is not working right and was told it must be my computer that has a problem.
Do others have any problems with reaching members when paging them?
