Today im being all arty. off to a screening of a independent film maker at the 10th SOUTHEND FILM FESTIVAL, I live in southend and no one i know, and thas not many, have ever heard of it ! i saw a item on the BBC 6 o'clock new yesterday. and a search for HORROR ON SEA. COM found it.

IVE POTTED UP SOME AQUATIC PLANTS THIS MORNING AT THE WILD LIFE RESERVE and now off to tesco to try and sort my fucking useless phone out. may change it for a apple one, if as ex used to go on about how good they where over anderroid ones.
news letter update part 2
went to the park inn ball room film showing, it was like the pictures used to be when i was a lad, 2 supporting film shorts the the main feature.. It was like a GOTH NIGHT OUT, nearly everyone was wearing black. I was expecting to be mobbed by a group of pitch fork and burning torches as i was the only person wearing red ! lol.
Any way the 3 films where very good, really enjoyed them, the Devils mask, when Otto, one of the male porn 'stars' puts on the mask, i was so hoping he was going to say....SMOOOKKKKIINNG !, but all he said was ARAHHHHH and set about ripping the heads off the cast members. who where not virgins, so our heroine, who was a 19 year old blonde virgin was safe. not made in essex then ?
it turned out i was sitting in the back row with the director next to me, who shared a glass of champers with me as i said i liked the film..
pricey place tough, portion of chips £5 and a hotdog £10 hot AND chips...£14 and a pint of flat porter,,,,£7, not a place to pissed at or fat .!!!
on the way home i treated myself to a big mac, on the macydees app for £1.29 as id not had anything since my poridge this morning. though for some reson didnt wake up till 1000hrs and went to bed about 2100hrs..
gym day in the morning bright and early if i wake up that is .

Paeadise news letter for OFIF (OH FUCK ITS FRIDAY)
Another weekend of not doing stuff, another friday of not doing stuff either. i so used to look forward to the weekends and now its just a big dark void to get through.
some fridays i dont take ANY of my pills as i might then peg it by sunday evening, but it never seems to happen . or maybe it has and this is my personal lonly hell. taylored to my personal wicked ways, condemmmed to be on my own till the end of time. id rather liked to have come back as a free roaming orb. i could then see if theres anything in lock ness and go and move things in peoples tidy flats just so they have to tidy up each morning, or get some one else to tidy up at their direction lol
had my foot done this morning, ytreated myself to a cup of hot water and addedd my own lemon and ginger tea bag and a cheese and smoked ham toasty at costa, the toasty was free though a costa fri promotion. then went to the gym, arms still aching but have to push on through the pain .
Then went to step ahead and helped start the path around the big pond, till my foot started hurting and i just sat and watched others working.
having brocli and cauliflower and stilton soup today, its bubberling away as i type. there will be more than enough for 2 days then the rest can go in the freezer. more later maybe.

THUR PARADISE NEWS LETTER
YESTERDAY might have over done the gym, my forearms and shoulders are aching this morning.typing is quite hard .
today im waiting for the gas engineer AGAIN , im told they will be here between 0900hrs and 1200hrs .
after that, i have no idea what to do. its very cold here, and the garden is frozen as is steps ahead wild life reserve
THINGS I MISS
chatting with companionship and as i lose weight so its much easier to do the sex i even miss being bossed about critised in the car by a non driver lol, i miss music i didnt really like THEN , i heard it but didnt listen in fact that was part of MY problems, i heard but didnt listen
on a more posssative note. My new blood testing kit, i have to do a test at 0900hrs and 1800hrs each day and record the numbers

I DECIDED to go to harvester for this weeks eat out meal, as i had a 50% off voucher. but i had the healthy bowl, which is a big bowl of salad with grilled chicken breast and prawns. and a glass of soda water with ice and slice of lime. After that bit of shopping in iceland and then sat in th nice warm car, warmer than my nonloved nest and enjoyed a costa coffee down by the sea front..

done nothing as im waiting for a gas engineer to service my boiler even though it was repaired and serviced on the 10th DEC last year. Once he has been, i say he, it could be a woman, i dont supose gas knows the difference, any way once they have been im off to the....yes the gym

PARADISE NEWS LETTER
TODAY, i have mostly been keeping warm or at least trying to. I REFUSE TO PUT THE HEATING ON UNLESS ITS AT LEAST ICEY OUTSIDE. its just cold at the mo. so sitting here with 2 blankies over me.
went to the gym for 2 hours, atleast thats warm and had a very nice cheese toasty and mug of hot bovril for lunch in the cafe. Then went to the steps ahead wildlife park and helped with laying decking at one end of their big pond. the decking protrudes out over part of the pond so can go pond dipping. Come the spring i will be doing some buddlier cuttings to plant around the edge of the pond at the other end from the decking to offer shade to part of the water which many insects in the water require, i will also split some of my pond plants and donate them to their pond, as i have too many in my little pond for its size.
on a personal note still feel numb and empty.

PARADISE NEWS LETTER
wENT TO SEE GRANDSON TODAY, LEFT A 0800hrs just in time to sit in a big traffic jam on the M25 4 miles before the bridge, which as closed for emergancy repair, so everything was going through 1 of the tunnels.,,what fun!
but still got there at 1000hrs with the pressys santa left at mine by mistake lol.
I didnt notice before the archery set said 14+ years and the bow was nearly 5 feet long, far to big for little jamie. so i ordered another kiddies bow from amazon from sons house and it will be there mon or tue. THE NERFF guns and the target barrels was a gret hit though, and despite being small nerf guns, they where very powerful, the darts flew from one end of the lounge and then bounced back to the other end . jamie loved tit.
the other pressy was blokcks of wood that player one arranges in a protective wall around the KING block, and then player 2 has to try and knock the KING over by throwing the round sticks at the wall. BUT as it was so cold we didnt play it in the garden and instead jamie and i made towers with the blocks with the king block on top. then i showed him a picture of stone henge on my phone and he made several wooden henge till he decided there wasnt enough blocks so put them away, and made a pretty good representation of stone henge out of lego, looking at the picture and then adjusting the logo towers, so merticulous for a 5 year old ..
For lunch we went to BAR - & - BLOCK, in sutton. . really outstanding sunday roast. although it comes plated up, i couldnt finish it. there was so much food for £13 each,REALLY NICE YORKIE, NOT AS GOOD AS EX'S YORKIES BUT BEST SHOP BOUGHT ONE IVE HAD IN AGES, jamie had spag bog chips pita bread and we all had extra pigs in blankets but i couldnt eat mine as i was full just from the roast beef lunch. We went there as my had a 40% off voucher. but they cocked the bill up and i only paid £20, which was more than half price . result. i i gave our server a big tip, as in £5.
when i got to my sons house the first thing jamie did was give me by birthday card he made in spain for me, all written nearly out with a drawing of me and him on my mobility scoter , ill have to get a frame for it monday. there was also a £15 costa coffe4e voucher which i suspect was from my . i was very touched.
After that dropped them back at home and came home. still full from luch and i might have some toast but maybe not.
all in all great day , oh and for a druid in the henge he made we used hagred from his harry potter play set !! but i didnt tell him about sacriviceing virgins but i did tell him druids had red hair like me,,,' but Grandad, you dont have red hair '' !" ,,

PARADISE NEWS LETTER
Today... despite going to the gym yesterday, i still went today quite early but just for an hour. After had breakfast in the cafe, no bacon sarnie, as bacon is bad for me, under the new potasium reign of terror. so i had a cheese and onion toast with marmite dip.
after that just went home and watched telly as weather was so shit, just like what was on tv.
got a bit down as yet another sat not doing anything social i so miss not doing stuff at the weekend. i can cope with mon to thursday but from fri to sunday / monday morning, i used to do stuff but not any more.
i wrapped jamies crimbo pressys as im off to see him in the morning. i ordered a air o press coffee maker to take to my sons as im fed up with instant coffee, and under the no potasium regine of terror, instant coffee is a big no no .the list of stuff i cant have is near on endless. ill have to take it with me when i go shopping, like advocardos which i adore is now a banned item along with bananas.
BUT,,when i was in hospital 5 years ago and they found out i was low on potasium, they made me eat bananas and take potasium pills. so if i just eat what i used to eat then will my potasium levels drop to below average ? and the last b;ood test stated the levels was normal !
still no news on my new kia car.im still tempted by the hyndia BAYON as theres no money up front but its quite a small car, is a automatic and a mild hybred, which means the electric only kicks in when pulling away. and its a 1 ltr engine mpg is about 45. where as the kia is 65 to 75 mpg. so no real contast except i could have the Bayon in 3 weeks . AND Bayon sounds a bit like a BAYRON, which im sure is not on the mobility scheme .
wonder what other people are doing this evening / weekend ? im sure much more exciting than mine

got my vac pump back !!!! YIPEE !!!!
WENT TO THE GYM FOR 2 HOURS as only did a little bit yesterday.
sliced the leg of lamb up and put in freezer but had roast lamb for tea again.
didnt do anything else as resting foot

GREETINGS FROM A MOIST PARADISE ON SEA
Yesterday did nothing except watch netflix and rest my foot.
today had foot redressed, still a bit wet so may not get vac pump back on friday.
went shopping for general stuff and bought a reduced in price leg of lamb for a fiver. its in the oven now. so roast ;lamb for tea, then went to the gym at about 1200hrs. mistake. it was very busy so only did 30 mins and ill go again fri morning after ive had foot done.
went to garons park STEPS A HEAD nature / garden project near the sports centre i go to. its a community gardening project t promote wellbeing and teach about nature.ill be going again.
with the weekend coming up ill start to miss doing stuff with others and start getting depressed. though i am going to see grandson on sunday so that something to look forward to.

[SIZE 5]had foot done this morning.
went to gym and had bacon sarnie then worked out for 2 hours
in the reception i asked if the lift had been fixed, i was told no, but a woman i later found out was called ROXY, offerered to carry me up the stairs on her back. I told her i loved a optermist in the morning. but going up the stairs we got chatting. while workingb out i gave her some advice on 3 of the machines she was useing so she got the max benifit from them. after my work out we both went for a coffee in the cafe. Although im 63 and she is 48 we both have a lot in common. and she has some stunning ink on her right arm . might see her again at the gym.
came home and pottered in garden then about 1500hrs went to toby for some roast beef, as i had a e mail offering 50% off mon to thur. so thought why not. no roast spuds though !
came home and checked e mails then fell asleep. well i did wake up at 0500hrs this morning. BUT this afternoons doze was till 1830hrs so no time to go to chelsford or colchester munches. to tell the truth i wasnt that keen on going to either. i dont really want to and go through all the 'developement' of a new relationship with some one who wouldnt be as good as what i had.
talking of which, in a recent phone call some one thought i was asking them to change their minds, i wasnt.
i was only trying to point out i still feel the same about them and willing at some point MAYBE, in the future id be more than happy to be with them in what ever role they would like. AND im still there to help them in any way they ask me to. see nurse Chris.
im quite happy to just sit here and do nothing and wait, if that wait is years then its years and if nothing ever happens then it never happens but thats ok too.
FRANCE
after reasearching tickets to cross the channel, i was going to book, only had to click on the confirm button, euro tunnel tickets in early jan. then all this kidney stuff started, and foot operation again started. so was thinking off 5 feb for 10 days BUT now i have a inpatient appointment for the 8th feb, im told ill have a local and debride tissue AROUND wound. a 2 day stay in hospital with daily either hospital at home visits for 10 days or me going to the hospital. so no chance of going to france early feb, and imn match the crossings almost double in price .
