Today in this demi paradise i went to the gym, went to have foot done, its a bit smaller still improving went to vote, pinched some wood chippings from the hive, well not pinched i did ask if i could have a carry bag amount, to go on top of the yellow flower pots for my mum, called mum but she was out. voted went to a residents meeting where once again some old moans that never get sorted out.
drove to lakeside to have my omeg watch valued, seems its worth £3900, not a bad return for something that cost £200 in 1978. had lunch out but a childs portion, see pic to see if you can guess where i ate ?
came home and filled the last 3 hanging pots with compost had a snooze amd thats it for today.
oh hospital confirmed infection in foot, more anti biotics,
im still feeling lonly and depressed , no matter what i try to do to cheer myself up it always comes back to 2 things and i dont know how to solve those 2 things

today not done a great deal. rested foot most of the morning, popped to b&q for potting compost and started filling the hanging baskets on the wall, when got delivery of the yellow bulbs i ordered months ago to pot up and give to my mum who

popped to waitrose to get some fresh fish for dinner, really nice halibut steak, jersey new potatoes and french beans. was going to poach fish in white wine and unsalted butter. but now at 2025hrs i cant be bothered. plus feeling cold and worn out, might have an infection in my foot....AGAIN.
LAST COUPLE OF DAYS MY TV HAS BEEN PLAYING UP. ALL THE CHANNELS ARE PIXEADTED and unwatchable. so tonight im watching the 100. on free view. its ok but predictable

today in paradise went to the gym early, then had foot done, found out my appointment with the foot team wed had been cancelled, though no one bothered to tell me AGAIN. now rebooked for 9 aug, also have a kidney doctor appountment on 16 may at 1145hrs, but i have no letter, was told by opat team its on the system. admin at southend hospital leaves a lot to be desired.
after foot went home and at 1300hrs went to the hive, built a very sturdy 'box' out of off cut decking planks to put near the pond and bird feeding station to keep the bird seed and pond equipment in.
today ive had poached eggs on toast for breakfast, a curry pot noodle at lunch and a egg salad for tea from morrisons with the last few bits of lamb in red wine and rosemarry from the shoulder i roasted in the slow cooker sunday.
what to do wed ?

woke at 7 did bloods 3.5, 2 sweet herbal teas later 6.9. t5ime to face the day though quite frankly each day is just as bad as the day before, like some one is tearing my heart out with a blunt spoon. ive heard it said time heals all things but i live in a world time forgot to forget.
is anyone going to guess the word that to me describes my situation ? begins with a C ends in a D
today did the gym then put up 14 hanging basket brackets on the side wall of the garden down stairs. another 12 to go till the wall is covered by hanging baskets. that took most of the day before it started to rain.
now watching ROUGH DIMONDS om netflix, i cant work if its dutch dubbed into english or Israily dubbed into english

WELL THE TRIP TO XS proved a fucking joke. was meant to be picked up at 2030hrs but not collected till 2130hrs. THEN instead of just going over the bridge we had to go via the A13 to tower bridge...because ? the person driving had 'borrowed' the mini bus from where he works and going over the bridge on the M25 would have shown up on the company accounts. so with no sat nav or map and a driver who had never done the trip to XS before and refused to take advice on how to get there. ''i looked it up on google maps ''.....at 2345hrs we finally 'found' the farther corner services, where a vote was taken and we went home !
today went to the gym, might have done too much fore arms are aching. then to the pond as had some floating plants to put in.
came home and had a little nap, woke feeling like crap. did blood sugar test it was 2,6,,,way to low. had 3 cups of sweet tea and did it again, it was 7,2 guess 2 bits of toast gym pond no lunch isnt a good combination.
been thinking about how i feel, besides sad lost lonely there is a name for it im not going to say it lests see if any one can guess it ?
watched a good film on prime called NOBODY

[SIZE 5]today in paradise....
went to the gym even though shoulders are a bit...tender. then had foot done at hospital
then off to tesco bought 5 bottles of wine on their 25% off price and a shoulder of lamb for a tenner which i will cook sunday,
doing blog now as off to XS in kent at 2030hrs with group from southend munch in a mini bus, have let ec know, well sent her an e mail, im not rining in case causes an argument, but she asked me to let her know when i was going so as not to clash with others.
the other day i was bragging i was wearing a M t shirt. the person i was bragging to didnt think it was a M even thought u was sure it was. I WAS WRONG, ITS NOT MEDIUM BUT 2 XL, they as always where right[/SIZE]

today in paradise woke at 7 had to pop to the shops as had no milk to go on my wheatabix, i could have just had gruel but fancied wheat a bix with hot milk. that changed when i saw macydees had sent me a promo for a bacon roll breakfast for 99p.....and they actualy asked red sauce or brown on a bacon roll ! red ???? heathens !
after that guilt set in so went to the gym for 2 hours, totally knackered slumped in the hot air sauna and just melted for a while.
went to valkery rd prim health care centre to pick up 3 new pairs of off set heel shoes. 3 times i tried calling them and 3 times got a call centre in india . the reason being everyone where i was due to go is off sick.
popped to waitrose to get some fresh tuna, a week on pot noodles has produced some dire results on the digestive system, not nice not nice at all. had to go to tarquins store as tesco have removed ALL their fish counters.
came home and true to form fell asleep for about 4 hours.
off to get foot done in the morning. then what as a bank holliday loams and no plans as yet,,,any readers got any ideas ?
and after 18 months of joy, ive started listening to something other than talk radio. the reason why talk radio there are no mushy love songs or break up love songs, its very unlikly james obrien on lbc is going to ref 'the love i lost ', the first song they played on abserlute raio 80's was ,,,the love i lost followed by phil colins something went wrong on the way to heaven, how could something so right go so wrong? back to lbc

SO THE PARADISE hospital meeting this morning. After a wait of 8 weeks it lasted all of 12 mins !!!
Mr Saultan, looked at my foot and his comment was, its smaller than it was, carry on with the treatment ive been having and see you in 4 to 6 weeks. and he was gone. so next dressing is friday.
after the hospital, that went onto till 1300hrs....went to hive as had some water louse i ordered from ebay to put in the pond. put up display board on the wooden railigs as well. did some shopping for pot noodles, well not pot noodles but posher ones.
came home and fell asleep till 1900hrs.
thursday might go fishing if its not too cold. almost went down and slept in the car last night as was so cold and my boiler is still broken.

]yesterday all i had was 2 bits of toast in the moYESTERDAY IN PARADISE,,,,went to the gym in the morning then the hive pond in the afternoon, mainly painting 2 door size chip wood boards to go next to the pond with info of what pond dippers might find in thalsoe pond.
BIG DAY today at the hospital. meeting with the doc who wants to re do my right foot at 1045hrs[/SIZE

TRIP to the other PARADISE today. had a call from mum asking if i could pop over to kent and take her to asda and wilko. so after having foot done off to kent i drove. have to say new car is growing on me. its very quick and now i understand what im looking at already it does 70mpg at 70mph.
on the way home dropped some stuff off to a friend. this person insisted i take my fleece off so they could see how much ive lost, i was wearing a medium t shirt made of lycra so not as flattering as the large t shirts i normally wear these days. They didnt belive it was a medium even offered to show the the label saying M but they declined. I should have said ill show you mine if you show me yours lol but that seems sooooo wrong, and ive seen their insides of t shirts before.
but they at least admitted they could see id lost weight. I stupidly didnt get their size so i could get them a christmas / birthday treat of a long black leather trench coat, ill just have to guess. had a nice chat and a brew. much better than listening to save messages on my phone. is that a bit creepy ? i got the idea from densel washington in the film enforcer 2, who had a saved message from his then dead wife on his phone. quite comforting when im feeling low. wish the message was longer and more jolly, a quick joke maybe ? but it is what it is.
update on poss moving sowf of the river. had an enquiery from some one in tonbridge wells 2 bed flat who want to down size and move near chelmsford. id like to move to tunbridge as near or on the ridge way, there might be a flat becoming free in 2 or 3 months time, maybe ish. wouldnt that be ......interesting ?
took a while to get home due to traffic just before the tunnels under the river.
yesterday i had my beard trimmed and hair cut. no one rubbed my stubberly head this time like they used to. beard is much shorter at the sides and goes to a point much smarter i think than looking like captain birds eye's younger brother.
Tue, going to get insects for pond from swallows lunch at toby, thanks to their over 60 £5 offer, then the hive then the gym. all in all a great day for me.
