TODAY had foot done, left foot now incased in a normal SOCK. Not bad as a month ago they where going to cut my toes off !
it proves my body can repair itself SO WHY NOT MY LEFT FOOT ???????
after the hospital did some stuff in the garden. then scootered to the hive to put in a water feature from mu garden into the hive pond, where it is needed more to oxygen the water. Although my scooter battery as fully charged when i set off, it run out half way back. A speeding snail would have passed me.
qhen i had vare done they didnt do the boot. today i took 4 bags of crap out of it. theres a telescopic umbrella in the boot, i think is ex's ill hang onto it till i see her next
put in a mark 1 water feature in the hive pond.
now clouding over rain tonight i think
ME still feeling pissed off and lonely i have so much knowledge BSDM wise and no one to share it with

TODAY i was going to do something out of the ordinary, te plan was get up early and drive to derbyshire or chedder gorge to get lime stones to go round the hive pond. my first choice was derbyshire to get some oat cakes at the same time, however, i woke at 0500hrs took my pills and just fell asleep again till 1230hrs ! cant do it sunday as getting foot done, and monday the weather is due to change for the worse. Another good idea well thought through and planed and goes for a ball of chalk due to my foot !
so today i stayed in rested foot and watched lots of programs on BLAZE about UFO's or UAC as they are now being called. no i dont know what UAC means .BUT it seems the US Gov has 2 ufo investigations , the public BLUE BOOK and the secret one that has no name but has a secret budget of 2 billion dollars a year and has been running since 1947. even to the point that they have already set up a human base on mars and the dark side of the moon. hope they took lots of batteries for their torches !
made thai veg and chicken curry for tea, ill be having it for breakfast lunch and tea sunday . then slow cooked leg of lamb monday and the rest of the week.
still feeling a bit low for no other reason except being lonly

so had foot done, went to tesco to find out how to get voice messages on my phone, saddly there where none. so now i have to try and work out wat the odd DING sound is it makes every once in a while,
while in tesco i nearly bought a pair of RED chinos , im not sure if im quite brave enough for red strides yet.though i was really tempted ,,,i might go and get them yet.
SHOPPING error 445C. bought a whole leg of lamb,,,AS... IT was half price, though i dont have a working oven to cook it in, theres only me, no one to share it with, though in the past the 2 of us could pretty much demolish a whole leg.
ill cook it off in the slow cooker and slice it up into freezer bags i can do roastys in the air fryer. i saw in tesco a air fryer you can do whole chickens in or multi layer trays. the teco worker who was stacking the shelfs said he bought one at christmas and hasnt turned his main cooker on since then. to cook a chicken takes 45mins and only uses the lecky of a 40w bulb for 30 mins. i might go get one next week as no one has been to fix my oven abd been waiting 3 weeks .
still feeling lonley and pissed off id love to know how people are doing getting along i dont want to pry just know how certain young people are doing that sort of family gossip stuff. now ive discovered the joys of understanding others i cant rember the name for it, emperthy, it suddenly came back to me. and having no one to be empathic with. and as the days shorten towards my meeting with doctor goggreral re my right foot begining to feel very isolated.
started atching the recruit on nextfle. i thought it was a film but its a serise . its very good.

still no new car ...again!!!
YESTERDAY, as i thought life through no curves or joy my way. I did very little really,
went to the gym, went down the sea front between the rain showers, just because i could . despite the rain and cold the sea front was packed .
yesterday and today im feeling quite pissed off and lonely, as i was thinking easter, quite often at easter 'we' would go to Derbyshire and now not. how sad that things have to change so much ? BUT not all change is bad.
dont know what to do today. getting foot done shortly after that bugger knows what to do. though have to go to tesco to find out how i access messages on my phone.

STILL NO NEW CAR
YESTERDY i sat here, logged into alt at 1900hrs, just as channel 4 news came on tv, and fell sleep till 0830hrs this morning.
SO YESTERDAY HAD FEET DONE, went to the gym then the hive. potted up all the water lillies and bull rushes. left them near the pond to soak them before planting in the pond. The reason they get soaked is the soil is very dry and wants to float, so unless its very wet, when planted it wants to float and then tips over spilling the water plant out of the basket. I told Viv who runs the jive and went to the sports centre to get a sarnie.
when i came back i saw another volunteer planting the baskets not by lowering them slowly into the water, but by THROWING them into the pond. by the time i had stopped him he had thrown 5 baskets into the water all of them had tipped over and spilled out !!!! 3 hours work and £40 of plants lost in 5 mins !!! i was not a happy bunny.
after that helped with setting up the egg hunt stuff for thursdays event, then came home
TODAY, not got anything planed , i shall have to see what life throws my way.

A SUNNY DAY IN PARADISE...
TODAY, went to the gym early, well about 0800hrs and at 0930hrs had breakfast in the cafe, herbal tea and 2 toasted tea cakes. with actimal spread!
day 2 of the new tablets for blood pressure. i have to do my pressure at home and record the results at 0700hrs 1300hrs and 1900hrs.
0700 155 over 72
1300 145 over 70
1900 145 over 72
so much better than the hospital readings.
after the gym and breakfast went to the hive. PLANTED MORE WATER PLANTS AND STUFF AROUND THE EDGES. THEN HAD TO DO THE NEW INDUCTION COURSE for new voluneers . most of the stuff does not apply to me as im only doing the hive. but if i start before 1130hrs i can get a free lunch at 1200hrs.
BIG EASTER EGG HUNT THIS SUNDAY AT THE HIVE. was going to go pick up my grandson but in law and grandson have gone to spain for easter. besides planting stuff i spent a chunk of time painting giant carrots made out of cardboard and hiding 'clues# that the kiddies have to find to win the chocy eggs. Tesco donated 1000 £1 easter eggs and 10 £10 eggs and one GIANT egg thats 2 feet high. helps that one of the volnteers is an ex director of Tesco !
getting feet done in the morning then going to the gym then the hive to help with more easter egg hunt stuff.

STILL no new car !!!
had feet done, left foot now completely healed, been to tesco to buy new socks.
so 9f my left foot can heal why6 the fuck wont my right foot mend ? Soon be the 24th when i see the doctor who wants to operate on it. months of just laying in a hospital bed with no visitors lays in wait for me, what a way to spend the summer !
went round B&Q getting recipts for the stuff i bought and diidnt keep the recipts so i can claim it back from Garons park. Printed off all e bay and amazon orders. quite a lot of money all told.
bought up the last 2 pond liley's they had, real steal at £8 each when the same plant on e bay is £26.
oh blood pressure today was 195 over 80.. that prompted the OPAT team to contact my GP and give me an extra blood pressure pill. appparantly im prime for a stroke. more good news.
This morning, as i put in last blog woke at some early hour, took my pills and then fell asleep again. didnt wake up till 1130. the opat team had just about given up on me turning up today.,
got another alt message from the person i dont know who wanted me to them into XS last fri. this time asking if id like to go for a ''coffee'' some time. So far not responded. not really my bag man. other than that and a few message with a young lay in the wilds of yorkshire, still zipo on the social front. truth be known im happier with the fond memories, id rather have bad times with ex than good times with some one else.
GAVE MY £5k, s he needs it for a deposit on a new car, as he lives in this london emmision zone and going to jobs was killing him every time h drove any where. SO i cant give to one and not the others. so Annamarie got a £5k boast to house fund and rebecca £5k towards her new flat saving project. THAT left £6500 from my £27k premium bond winnings, so i set up a Savings ISA for Jamie, £5k, for the next 13 years on compound interest @ 4.5%, so he will get it when he is 18. should god forbid he should die before 18 it goes to the RAF BEN FUND.
That leaves me £1500.
so if some one would like to go out for lunch some time soon. as cant predict my availbility after the 24th Apl. ????
oh and yesterday when i was clearing out the car i found a bottle of cassise and morgan rum. 2 things i would never normally buy. i think they are adrians from when we went to the vino cave. thats some hing im not looking forward to, going to la france again, what with biometric scans of face and finger printing, all thanks to Camron and Johnson;s brexit deal. see hold ups at dover .

YESTERDAY, SUNDAY i didnt do much in paradise.
had the car valeted. went to nandos for lunch, went to the gym and slept a lot.
fell asleep about 1500hrs and woke for ant road show but fell asleep beefore it nded and woke just now.. might be getting my new car today, though i popped to show room sat and it wasnt there yet i was told. i just wanted to see the colour
on the bbc right now they are talking about the super powers of dyslexics, seems im hyper flexical ?? i can touch my toes now.
bloody cold out this morning i can see frost on the shed roofs.
off to get feet done at 0900hrs then what shall i do ?

Had feet done at hospital, right foot now nearly all healed left foot is getting worse.
i had a coffee this morning before going to get feet done. blood pressure was well high, 179 over 96. So on monday ill not have coffee and see if that makes it less.
came home and started clearing the car for monday. was going to put everything in my out side shed but the padlock refused to unlock, ut everything back in the car went to b and q bought a new padlock and set of bolt croppers. cut old padlock off and emptied car AGAIN. all thats in the car now is stuff in the 2 side pockets of the front doors and my scooter in the boot. going to get car valeted sunday morning.
what passess as a social life went to the gym, came home . as had no breakfast again had a cheese toasty and yes fell asleep about 1600hrs.
woke up 2100hrs had another toasty and watched tv did this blog and now going to bed
