im not too sure what kik is and even less sure how it works but when all this stuff started before i made the decission not to look for anyone else some woman started chatting with me, she wanted me to install kik on my phone which i did , but i could never get it to work, new tech and i dont get on,, A

3 hours at the gym
now getting endorphin drop. is this like sub drop ?
going to sit in my garden and enjoy the bumbs coming up
what a peacefull day
wondered why i felt so dizzy ,,just did a blood test it was 1 ,,,,,not a god score for diabetic, so munching on a mars bar,,,god it tastes sooooooooooooo good
All ive had to eat to day is a bowl of alpine with raspberrys and er er a mars bar
maybe im pushing myself too much ? and i know why so no gym monday
baked cod in thia green curry sauce and brown rice for tea nearly a propper meal

ive waited all day catch a glimps of hher on line and nothing except her status change and i dont know why the changed, im dieing inside not knowing why but i wont her, i really wont , i wish she would tell me

So foot update
I will be getting a vac pump, but just not just now. I have a doppler test on the 1 march at southend hospital, then i will get to be seen in basildon by a 'new' top man who is rated as the uk expert on what i have on my foot. After that ill get the pump, the dressing will be done once or twice a week by the hospital at home team in my flat. time could be anytime from 0800 to 2000hrs prob on a monday and thursday , so thts going to bugger up my social calander wot is my life lol
Yesterday i was surprised to see hher on fb at a time i thought she would be working so without thinking i messed hher, another day off?
she then had a go at me, and yes i deserved it as i wasnt doing what i said id do, and not messenger hher, IS THIS FUCKING GIVING ME SPACE , no it wasnt but she cant understand how sometimes i feel so empty.
later in the evening she came into the lobby, i said hi and if she answered i didnt see it, maybe she iggnored me i dont know.
then one of the pred types bootboy, who has form for trolling ANY woman he see's invites her to the polly room for a quite chat,,,old hher would have said no, BUT the new surprising hher said why not, i felt my new world shift, i say in the adukt chat room page looking at the polly room but it said no one was in it
after a bit i just couldnt help my self i went in, saw her there and him and left straight away.
then i get accused of following her in alt, which stupid chris did, so she is right about me again like she always is and has been
if only she new how i felt like id been kicked in the bollocks
later she was in the lobby again and did the same thing with bootboy and went to a quiye room to chat, her comment in the lobby was, ill be followed again . no you wont, , new good chris fought against the urge to follow her ,
If she wants space i have to give it to her if i dont i know there wont be any chance of us being together but not as we where dom sub , id like to be sub to her dom , thats the dream . thats my hope,
Strangley after i followed her into the polly room i felt 'dirty' like i had done something bad, which i had , STUPID CHRIS AGAIN
so when she went into the quite room i went and had a shower, that was 4 in one day and something else im keeping track of, i washed my hands 35 times yesterday
