YESTERDAY, Went to see my mum in kent, took her to lunch at cafe rouge useing my tesco vouchers, still have 40 quids worth left. i had to keep exxplaining hpw tesco vouchers worked as she only shops at asda.
got home quite late due to traffic at the tunnel
didnt bother with any food when i got home just had some toast and flaked out

I THINK ITS THE 29TH i spent most of the day asleep. the new pain killers the doc has given me , yes they kill the pain but make me fall asleep. Woke at 0700hrs, had herbal tea, took pills and conked out till 1500hrs ! i wont be taking them again. specialy as i didnt have any breakfast and so woke at 1500hrs feeling very hungry,
so at 1500hrs had to go and buy some bread from iceland, as they do ultra thick sliced bread, starbucks was doing a free promo on their meat free plant based beef sarnies, so i tried one. HONESTLY WITH THE HOT HOT HORES RADISH SAUCE, the plant based beef could have been anything 'brown'.
then went to the gym for an hour cycling only.
came home and had another sleep till 1900hrs some tommy soup and a thick slice of bread and fell asleep again till now.
feet in the morning at 0900hrs then either off t see my mum or to the hive to check on the water levels

HAVE I MISSED A DAY IN PARADISE ?
Yesterday I started watching THE NIGHT AGENT on netflex and just binge watched it all evening and into the wee small hours, though had to go back and watch the bits i missed when i dozed off.
today had feet done, well really just the right old bad foot. Then went to the Soapy Suds, to dry a weeks worth of washing as the bloody tumble dryers ARE still not working ! Everytime i sit in a laundry i think of all those bank hollidays i sat in a laundry in lowestoft high street drying duvets for ex.
had a cheese and ham toasty and pot of herbal tea in waitrose, then to the gym then to the hive. YIPEE !!!!! the pond has been filled at last !!!! just have to wait 2 weeks then can start planting the water pond plants and the pond edge plants around the, er edges. lol.
Zippo on the social front, like normal. Still lady luck does not send too many good women ones way in ones life.I should be just thankfull for what ive had!
wed if its not raining Silvera next door and i will be putting up 20 wall brackets on the garden wall for all the hanging baskets we have. If its raining will be off to kien to see my mum now my bad chesty couf is better.

HAD FEET DONE. got caught out on the clock change lol. though last week i put a kilo on, this week, after going to the gym again lost 2,
went to the gym then tesco and bought some new jeans that go over !
went home fell asleep and just woke up, its my heady social life

ANOTHER SAT IN PARADISE AND JUST AS EMPTY AND BORING AS EVERY OTHER SAT SINCE JAN LAST YEAR.
Had dash cam taken out of car, they wanted to charge me £80 to take it out and the cost to put it in new car when i get it is a stagering £100, twice the price of the cam in the first place!
I told them if i had known the cost i would have left it in the car, as i was quoted on the phone, by halfords 8 months ago, when i thought i was getting the new car then, £25 tp take out and £25 to put it in the new car. In the end the manager agreed and i was only charged 25 with a re install fee of 25 at a later date. I remainded calm didnt shout and make a scene, just spoke softly and polite but firm and got a much better result than the old chris who would have just gone off the deepend at a young girl at the till who wasnt in a position to do anything except charge me what it said on the till screen. after all it wasnt her fault.
after that popped to asda for a over 60's £1 bowl of soup and a bread roll. it was green vegatble soup, which waas mostly peas and cabage and a bit watery.
discovered why when i do my blood pressure at home its much lower than in the hospital. seems coffee increases blood pressure for up to 3 hours after drinking it. so i do mine at home when i first get up, befoe i have anything to eat or drink, and although i normally have herb tea during the day, i sometimes have a fresh coffee first thing or even on the way to the hospital. so sunday ill just have a herbal tea and see if that makes a difference.

ANOTHER WEEK IN PARADISE DRAWS TO A CLOSE AND ....
Today, had feet done though should say had foot done. left foot is nearly all better and still have all my totsiee toes . Right foot is just the same as always.
went the hive as i got 100 assorted unknown what type bulbs in homebase for a pound and 3 bare roots of gunera from e bay needed planting.. was there from 1130 to 1730. Why so late ? was painting bunny wabits on wooden planks for the kiddies easter egg hunt on the 6th apl.
Came home and had rib eye steak poached eggs and cut up tinned spuds done in the airfryer, with no oil. very healthy, im so glad ex gave me the air fryer back.she missed out on how good it does new potatoes the way she liked them.
going to try and book tickets to see EDDY / SUZIE Izzard in london,,,maybe i wont as its not Eddie doing stand up but a one man show, see ....

PARADISE NEWS LETTER FOR THURSDAY
Today, woke at 0600hrs, had my pills at 0700hrs with my herbal tea and poached egg breakfast went back to sleep till 1400hrs. its a hard life aint it?
had some tesco ready meal liver n mash and went back to sleep till 1700hrs then had tea. 1 cheese scone and a herbal tea.
At 1800hrs i went to the gym for an hour simply so i went out even if it was just a short time and dont get cabin fever.
turned my heating back on as feeling cold , or at least tried turning it on, it dont seem to be responding . So sitting here with 2 blankies and my crochd blanket, need a new add on square to it, 1, DUMPED 4 BEING A TWAT or 2, STILL BROKEN HEARTED EX TWAT
watching The Baker on london live, one of the funnyist uk films ever
had a e mail from AXA ticket sales. MUSE playing national ball ? milton keyeens standing tickets start at £90 EACH, the site crashed when i tried booking seating, so i dont know how much they cost
hospital in the morning and then a trip to the bank to sign some paper work

WED PARADISE NEWS LETTER PART 2
went to doctors, didnt really do very much. They where not concerned about the low red blood count, as i have a wound in right foot which can cause it. Also the potasium levels that dropped to 5, just at the edge of the upper level, have risen to 5.8. my GP is sending a e mail to RENAL as to why they are requesting the weekly blood tests but not doing anything about the results.
Went home and had a doze. At 1500hrs went to the Hive.
Mended the 2 holes in the lining of the Hive pond, simply cut 2 patches from the edge of the liner, applied quite a lot of gorila glue and applied the patch then covered patch in gravel to hold it down in place, lets hope it works. ALSO plantd in a basket more water iris's and pot of water mint at the edge of the pond and 6 single stems of water mint into clumps of soil on the left pond shelf about 3 feet apart, roughly the amount of room each of the sprigs will expand to cover. Also planted 3 bull rushes at efge of the smaller feeder part of the pond.
popped to aldi at at 1700hrs to get some bread. Got home and doxxed / fell asleep in the car till 2045. Too late to cook liver ready meal, so ill have some toast and go to bed.

FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON woke at 0500hrs, who else would be awake at this time if they didnt need to be ?
went to hospital for 0830hrs had feet done. My body is all over the shop, blood pressure today was 127 over 68, bit of a drop since monday..
HAVE appointment to see Mr Goyar re redoing right foot on 24 apl, so i will have till then to do as much as i can, not that i have anyone to do it with.

SLEEPY START TO PARADISE DAY..
Woke at 7 took pills. Webt back to sleep till 12 !
went to macy dees simply as when they do my foot i wont be able to, only had a cheese burger with no cheese and a mineral water..
Went to the Hive pond at 1300hrs built bird feeder sort of thing, planted bearded iris's at the edge of the pond and in the water, in baskets with gravel to hold them upright,put white yellow line stuffed with barley straw in the small feeder pond and a basket of straw in the main pond to soak up nitrogen.
also planted seeds around edge of pond. cant fill pond till the 2 holes that some prat choved through the pond lining, going back wed after hospital and doctors to mend holes and then thursday fill the pond, though the recent rain has half filled it already.
more flag stones due fri to go round pond.
Had help from Juiley to plant english blue bells round pond and foxgloves at the edge of the fence.
came home, and did this entry and can feel myself falling asleep again.
hospital in the morning. ALT SEEM TO TAKEN MY 3 MONTHLY PAYMENT BUT STILL RESTRICTED ACCESS?????
