ANOTHER BAD FOOT DAY IN PARADISE.
Left foot healing very nicely, the heel is almost gone, the bottom of the tunnel is now almost gone but the top of the tunnel, has reopened spurting out cralp or sluffy stuff as they call it. THE RIGHT FOOT THOUGH, it was sort of healing but now the wound has got bigger the skin on the instep, when there was never a issue with appears to becoming maserated. ,,,not good,
as its a monday its blood test day and despite drinking 3ltrs of water yesterday and another 1ltr this morning, it took them 7 attempts to hit a blood. .
red blood count was up, but blood pressure was 165 over 73, they tasked GP to do a review as i have been taking the blood pressure pills everyday.
Bought some oily fish in waitrose, having sea bream filets and rice for tea.
ON THE SOCIAL FRONT .... ZERO, ZIP, NILL, NOTHING, dont know why i bother ?

a MOTHERS DAY IN PARADISE
Didnt go and see my mum as still have a bad chest, butb she liked the flowers i sent her. sisters kimo went well and only another 5 months to go. ive ordered a hat off amZON IM GOING TO SEND HER.
went to aldi, Jamie now has 12 easter eggs and 225 cream eggs. I think ive bought enough now.
went down to the sea front to watch the RNLB hover craft show off on the mud flats that make up the beach, the que to have a ride in it was huge so i didnt bother.
went to the gym and came home had a dozze, what a giddy social whirl my life is!
pics to follow but now wearing my jeans in the correct place and no longer slung under ! that should impress some one

A MOIST DAY IN PARADISE TODAY,,,,
GOT loads done today, had feet done, got the POAT team to send e mail to Mr Goyaer about op on right foot. When can he do it ?
went to SWALLOWS aquatic center to get aquatic soil and a few pond plants, talking to one of the directors, have to send him outine of what the hive is about and we will get a 75% discount if we put u a sign saying where we got plants and advice from.
went to b&q for plastic pipe for the 2 new solar water pumps ive ordered
then went to WINGS STOP for lunch in Sowfend. its a new place that just does 10 chicken wings with choice of 12 coatings, ( i had lemon and garlic on 5 and cajian on the other 5), sweet potatoe chips and salad with a soft drink £9.45. ill have to take my grandson Jamie there as he loves chicken wings.
then i went to wilkinson and got bird food and barley straw to go in the pond to soak up nitrogen. then went to tesco to get some eggs, but they had sold out except for the cream type and i cant have them with steak and spinach for lunch sunday.
now whats on tv tonight ?

TODAY IN PRADISE,,,,part 1
Waiting for the post man to deliver my bee and butterfly feeding stations then off to wilkinsons in the town for some barley straw to soak up nitogen in the hives pond.
the housing people have installed nw tunble dryer this morning but they dont work THE POWER HAS BEN SWICHED IF IN TH EKECTRIC SWitCH BOARD room.
yesterday had feet done ad went to the gym then slept..woke up about 2100hrs ab went to bed

TODAY IN PARADISE.... slept late, woke at 0730hrs. had my pills and went back to sleep till 12 !
woke just after 12, had a tea and toast.
went to waitrose as i needed a stamp and theres a post office there, the cafe was doing a promo on salt beef rolls and a hot drink for £3.99 so i had one. was vey tasty. bought some duck jap sort of parcel that looks like a very small cornish pasty, one has to cook them buy dropping into boiling water, some mixed salad and cold rice, for my tea. all salt free.
went tp Aqua world in Rayliegh to look at pond and bog plants. tried describing one plant but the young lad didnt understand me, it was my fault i could only give a breif description of a plant i had once seen. tried ringing the plant oracall but they didnt answer so started to drive home, then the fountain of ALL knowledgeand the person i trust most in this world called me back, its like but isnt and its big but you cant eat it, GUNNERALL GUNEREAL GUNNEREAR GUNNER - EAR GUNNER SOME THING. any way they didnt have it yet but would do in about a months time.
popped to the gym for a while and came home and had my jap salad.
THURSDAY is a feet day but first i have to go see othrprics, foot shoe people at valraky medicak center at 0820hrs

Had feet done, went to the gym and cycled 12miles. legs felt like rubber afterwards, went to the hive wild life park. As there was soooo many volnteers today i had Bono and his wife june, move soil from a big mound of top soil, in wheel borrows to the edge of the pond. after smoothing out the pond edges the top soil went on top of the edges creating a wet 'bog' edge to the pond proper. put cardboard down and covered in potting compost planted some aliums and will do another bed wed for english blue bells. I have 4 buddlier trees growing in pots that will be going around the pond and i also have some bog plants that will spread around the edge. Need to find a willow tree i can do some cuttings from. I also have 600grams of bog wild flower seeds i bought ages ago that will be going round the new bog.
while putting a large log attached to a eye and rope to a large heavy stone in the centre of the pond. Viv and i saw a newt ! now to id what type.
due to my feet i couldnt do the heavy work, thank goodness for bono and june, once bono understood the plan, he worked like a trojan. About 1600hrs it started to rain so we all went to the gym cafe for a coffee, bono insisted on paying for 5 coffees and 1 lemon and ginger tea. besides working so hard he is a retired at 50year old banker from the city. nice couple, what the did today would have taken me weeks.and was nice to be part of a team that completeed todays task.

went to hospital to chat to some people that have had limbs removed due to diabetic conditions. the general feeling was amputation is the last last resort, do ANYTHING to keep ya bits.
came home and had a cheery phone call, that lifted me a bit. though having certain things pointed out didnt cheer me up at all. everyone gets old and next year the person who called me will be the same age as i am now, i may not be as fit as some, of course some one 20 years younger than me will be fitter, im defo more fit than i have been for years though.
There is a reason for losing weight and getting fitter, besides trying to keep my legs attached to the rest of me, its about changing, ive more or less changed my mental attitude to everyone and every thing for the better i think. i have started to like myself.
Fittnes I can now walk the 650 yards to the chemists but i have to stop and rest not from my legs but pain in my feet. ive only done it once just to prove i could, but might have done more harm than good. but in bed i could hardly do the nilla missonary without getting cramp in my legs. now i dont get cramp after changing my diet and working out. Im not nearly at my goal, im having to fight against 20 years but i will get there.
getting feet done in the morning then going to the gym, i will be concentrating on ly LEGS to improve walking distances and improve leg strength, then to wildlife park as i have some plants delivered there to plant in the pond

went to the hospital for 0900hrs this morning and had feet done. the special foot doc i saw last week said the wounds on top and underf my left foot, called a tunnel wound, had healed at the top. it hasnt. see pic. the probe slide with no pressure right through. the heal has heeled though.
so all in all im feeling very low at the mo and cant think of anything to cheer myself up.
came home and slept in my chair, had some veg thia curry and been waiting for endevor to come on, what a heady social life i live

NOT BEEN ABLE TO POST ANYTHING FOR LAST COUPLE OF DAYS AS FIRST ALT sID I WASNT a alt member then my password didnt match their records and thhen my shoulders hurt too much to type.
BEEN thinking about my right foot and potential op on the foot bone,. After talking the options over im going for the 50 50 chance and having the foot bone removed and learning to walk funny, after all ive got nothing to lose except my leg
on my ever busy social life, done nothing except started going to he gym aain, hence the achey shoulders and forearms
its not snowed here as such , sleet and some snow that didnt settle as the ground was too we though last night the temp dropped to minus 9 and the car was well iced up when i had to go out early to tumble dry my red jacket after washing it in water proofing liquid. .wore my proper biker leather trousrrs as my iceland trousers are in the washing machine. so another early start sunday to dry clothes then off to get feet done at hospital

WENT to hospital re left foot special specalist.
after inspecting both feet he said. left foot,,,the new wounds, the tunnel has closed up at the top and can hardly been seen, its counterpart under the foot, the other end of the tunnel is nearly healed over and the one on the heal has also healed.
right foot, the old wound have 6 weeks to make a BIG DECISSION ON IT. NEED TO TALK THROUGH OPTIONS WITH SOME ONE WHO IS PREMATIC AND I TRUST.
To cheer myself up after the hospital had just fish on the sea front at SANDS HERATIGE FISHH N CHIPS...saddly it tasted and looked like it came out of a box in the freezer. not worth the money
