Since 1975!... I started in, Bodybuilding! Power lifting!.. and Weight lifting!... In 1976!.. I started in Martial Arts!.. And later!.. In Martial Arts Aerobics!... And have been training!..Ever since!... In 1997! I entered a "Bodybuilding contest! For "Bill Phillips!" Of "Muscle Media 2000!"... The first prize was a $225,000.00 Lamborghini!.. And a $50,000.00 contract! With "Muscle Media 2000!"... We had only " weeks! complete the contest!... We had take a picture of ourselves, holding a newspaper! Showing the date! So Bill could see the start and finish date!... And we where, "Not allowed take any steroids! And we had complete the contest, "TOTALLY NATURAL!"... And we had to undergo testing if we made it to the top 10!... On the application it asked, which of the 3 we wanted to go for!..."BUILDING POWER!"... "BUILDING STRENGTH!"... or "LOSING BODY FAT!"... When i started the contest!... I was at 5lbs. At "20 Percent" Body fat!... Bench pressing, "335lbs!... And finished the contest!... "90 Days later!... At "2lbs." At a "5.4 Percent"... Body fat!... With a bench press at 320lbs!... Although, i looked just good the finalists!... I didn't make it!... Because of what i put the application!... "ALTHOUGH I LEARNED, ONE HELL OF A LOT!
