Life after 50 - the new 30?

I turned the big 5-0 during virgo month, and thought I'd muse a bit here in blogland as I pass this milestone. Besides which, it gives standard members a way to say hello with using up their email quota!

The Elgar Cello Concerto - Hillary and Jackie

mmmm the Elgar Cello Concerto is on WQXR right now, such a lush piece!

If you're looking for a good Netflix try Hillary and Jackie - about the life of British Cellist (and hottie) Jacqueline du Pre. The Elgar was her calling card.

You might enjoy these quotes about her ...

Later in her life, through psychoanalysis, Jackie was able to understand what [her therapist] Wilson calls "a recurring pattern in her life of dependence and submission followed by rebellion" and to take responsibility for herself.

Certainly Jackie always took responsibility for her music-making, and she absolutely loved to play the cello. She was passionate about life and music and nature.

"I love the physical thing of being on the earth that bore you," she said in an interview. "I have the same feeling when I walk in a very beautiful place that I have when I play and it goes right. Playing lifts you out of yourself into a delirious place . . ."

That delirious place is where Jackie will be lovingly remembered, wrapped around her cello, playing with joy and abandon.

Zubin Mehta best summed up the uniqueness of Jacqueline du Pre when he compared her to "the lightning passage of a comet which, with remarkably intensity -- but all too briefly
-- illuminated our lives."

Wore my white thong panties today, nice and fresh, had a good cum on cam watching some pantyhose m/f vids I downloaded. I looked for a forum for "cross-dressing" but NADA. So I selected Transexual/Tranvestites [sic].

Heard from my sub tigger, hadn't talked with her in quite a while, both been busy busy busy, she's off to Europe but we'll try to have lunch when she gets back next week.

This is my busy season, between now and Jan 31 I print about 8000 tax statements. Until then I'm going to lay somewhat low.

After ... 6 years X 52 weeks X 7 days a week X 3 cups per pot = 6,552 cups of coffee here at the office ... I finally made myself a cup of tea!

Very first one here at the office. I'm really enjoying it too.

We got this bad-boy water cooler with the hot and cold spouts, and I had a leftover tea bag I saved from last week's Chinese take out.

I think I'll start having more tea and less coffee.

While I'm thinking about it ... 7:45PM ... time for a Scootch!

Enjoying the Mahler 2nd. Very spiritual. I have the Gilbert Kaplan SACD so listening in 5.1 ... the offstage horns actually sound offstage in surround sound! So serene. For a moment it got me thinking "Maybe there IS a God".

Movie Rec - The Water

If you are looking for a GREAT FAMILY MOVIE to take your to, or to treat the within each of us, I highly recommend "The Water - Legend of the Deep".

This movie touched me in so many ways! If you loved "E.T." - and who didn't? - You will LOVE The Water . Stunning scenery of the Scottish Highlands. Meticulously crafted WW II sets and costume design. And a story to warm the cockles of your heart!

I don't often applaud at the end of a great movie like I used to -- seems nobody ever joins in -- but I did after this one. And stay for the credits and enjoy the beautiful song by Sinead O'Connor. I hope it is nominated for best song, it surely deserves to be.

If you see it, let me know what you think.

Classical Countdown

mmmm the Barber Adagio for Strings is wafting through my space, so serene. You might remember it from the movie "Platoon". It is #31 on the WQXR Classical Countdown.

Having just listened to Glenn Gould's 1981 recording of the Goldberg Variations, I'm glad they are bringing me back to Earth gently, floating on the gossamer strings of the Barber.

Each year, the station polls the listeners for their three favorite compositions. They tally up the votes and play them starting at #50 (or maybe #100), culminating with #1 finishing up JUST before New Years.

I really enjoy listening during the two days of the countdown, hearing such great music, such great and noble ART, such an outpouring of humanity, of the human spirit, of what is best in our nature, in our being.

Then the news comes on.

Give it a try, 96.3 or WQXR dot com.

What are a few of your favorites? If you had to vote for three? Compositions, not artists. I don't care what type of music, although the "Countdown" happens to be Classical.

For me:

Jazz -

Kern - All The Things You Are
Gershwin - Summertime
Arlen - Stormy Weather

Classical -

Bach - Chaconne in D minor from Violin Partita #2
Beethoven - Piano Sonata #32
Mahler - Symphony #2 "Resurrection"

Rock -

Led Zeppelin - Since I've Been Loving You
Yes - Awaken
Genesis - Supper's Ready

I urge the intellectually curious to google "chaconne" and you will see a YouTube entry for Heifetz playing this piece. Bach wrote it for unaccompanied violin. The video is only about a third of the work, which lasts about 20 minutes. The Maestro plays the D minor section and a few seconds of the D major interlude, which brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. It is HEARTBREAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL. I'll click POST now so I can go and dry my tears.

Saturday afternoon enema -- with a twist!

Gave myself a most satisfying klist this afternoon. A klist with a twist -- of ORANGE!

I had a big navel orange for lunch, and once finished all that was left was this plum size "nub". I cut little X's into the tiny nub-segments so that the juice would flow, then greased it up an POPPED it up inside of me.

WOW it felt really nice for a few hours as I worked and played.

I guess it made me very conscious of my ass, so I thought I would klist on top of the nub. It must have blocked the water from going into the second part of my colon, as I filled very quickly and the pressure was incredible! I evac'ed but it was only one flow (usually there are three, one for each segment) and POP the nubbie came out of me like a projectile with a big splash!

I took the rest of the bag, still nice and warm and soapy, and after a brief hold, evac'ed it in 3 segments as usual. WHEW, I'm a bit exhausted from it all, I was really LOADED!

32 Sonatas in 32 Days

My local NPR station (WNYC in New York) is playing all 32 of the Beethoven piano sonatas, one a night, starting 11/15 leading up to Beethoven's (unofficial) Birthday on 12/17.

We're into the final few days and I encourage you to listen to the last few sonatas -- they are among the greatest works of art and human achievement -- Beethoven being stone deaf at the time of their composition.

They asked listeners to submit on the website their favorite sonata and performance.

Here's my entry ... if you are into "The New Testament"**, comment back with your own!

My favorite Sonata is #30 Op. 109 in E Major, and my favorite recording is by John O'Conor from his Telarc set.

In the 3rd movement variations, Beethoven and O'Conor take me to a place that is transcendent. I cry, I shiver, I smile, I hum along, I shake my head in disbelief, I call my wife over, I hug her. I am expanded ten-fold, and I can ask nothing more from music, from art, from human experience. 10 years later, I'm in tears just writing about it!

The Op. 111 from that CD is also the best I've ever heard.

Cream-pies

Lately I've had a cream-pie fetish. I downloaded a bunch of movies of sluts getting their pussies filled with big loads of hot creamy cum, then watching as they push it back out so it runs down out of their cunts and drips down over their asses or down through their but cracks.

The best ones have 2 or 3 or 5 guys filling the woman up with cum and then she really gushes it. I like watching cock #2 churning the ball-butter of guy #1, then guy #3 churning the two of them, etc.

Black cocks are cool because you can better see the slimy white jizz all over them as they pump away inside her cum filled coozie.

In some of the vids, from the cuckhold newsgroup, the slut's hubby or boyfriend will do "cleanup duty" on the cocks or slurp up the cum as it oozes hour of her steamy snatch. I can't believe a cuck guy would do such a potentially unsafe act but ... they do!

I LOVE to lap up my own cum after I shoot, and I do this on cam to the glee of my viewers. But I wouldn't swallow another man's cum. Too risky!

Lately when I fill my wife with my hot jizz I pin her arms down, as her inclination is to immediately start cleaning up. She's OCD-Cleaner. Then I'll savor my hot creamy cum mixed with her girlie juices as it oozes fresh from her little snapper. MMMMMMMM yes I love that! Then I'll tease her by coming up to kiss her! She WRITHES as she can't take kissing after I've lapped and slurped her cunt. And now that my winter beard is growing my face would just be covered with girlie slime! I enjoy seeing her writhe like that though. I've got my work cut out for me turning her into my slut.

Sometimes if she's getting sore from too much fucking, I'll finish off outside of her and I love to see my streamers shoot out onto her torso, and then the big globs on her little furry patch. I just can't help, while still in orgasmic delight, to bend down and get busy lapping up that semen while it is still nice and thick and warm!

I had one sub, elektra, who delighted in snowballing, passing my fresh load of jizz back and forth from her mouth to mine, from mine to hers, etc. "That was SO FUCKING HOT!" she said after the first time we did that.

mmmm as winter nears, any snowballers out there? Cream-pie lovers?

I'm sitting here in my office having my cereal, it's 1:40PM on a dreary Sunday.

Art Tatum is playing "Isn't it Romantic" ... WOW! I rarely hear Art play with an accompaniment (not like he NEEDS one) but there is a bass thumping and brushed drums swooshing.

His playing is just so extraordinary.

"Just an orchestra - himself!" as JS put it as it just finished.

Who are some of your favorite Jazz pianists, and recordings?

Mood: spellbound, uplifted (but they don't have those as options) OH! I see you can "add your own" now ... I will!
