looking for advice and help

hey I知 a young Dom looking for my first real life sub (I致e had one online), but I知 finding most of the subs on here are looking for an experienced Dom/master, (so it like looking for my first job out of university I needed experience to get the job but I needed the job to get experience). So I知 just asking if any one out there has any advice or ideas that will help me in my troubles.
