HEy,

I got a naughty task. Attach a 3kilogram weight to the balls and do 10 squats...

So far i only had a 2.5kg weight on my private parts.. Now its a 3kg weight.. and with all the up and down and the swinging its a bit more challenging.

Anyway.. I think i did a good job. What do you think?
