Do people like positions??? What I mean is if your watching someone on cam or you have a sub physically in front you, do you like the act of saying a word or phrase that means a position and seeing a sub go instantly into that position? So I took some time away from here and sites like it for a little while to get my head in the right place. I can say that it’s back on straight lol. I was so unhappy with myself that it was causing me a lot of anxiety and boarder line depression. But with some time away and a new elliptical I am feeling like me again. Gained some muscle back and lost some fat. It’s nice to in the mirror and not be totally disgusted with what I see again. I’m happy to be back with a good mindset and forward posting more again and reconnecting with everyone. Kisses Courtney

How do you combat shame? How do you deal with feeling so much shame after doing something yet craving that thing so badly???? Is it something other people deal with as well who are like me? Is it self-confidence??? Or is it just a battle with ones own mind??? I don’t have the answers, I wish I did..... if I did I’d probably feel better about myself. Courtney
