I have met about 6 women from this site. I started to talk with each only to find that they want me to buy them gift cards and send them hundreds of dollars. LOL. I know that others have horror stories of people asking for their routing number and credit card numbers. WTF!!!
Are there any real people on this site? There must be ...right?
It is not like they are asking for a lot of money. Nor are they even demanding anything. But it is the principal of the thing. If they lived with me I would just make them an account and drop in some spending cash weekly. But these are people I have never met in person, they do nothing for me and expect me to give them money for the pleasure of talking to them online? One girl asked me to give her $1,000 after 20 minutes of chatting. LOL. I commend her for trying, but that was truely stupid.

I hate dating. The idea of spending hundreds of dollars on people prior to finding out if you are even compatible seems stupid to me. LOL. I like online profiles better because at least then you can tell if the person has "ANYTHING" in common with you before you even decide whether or not you are going to meet. I love emailing someone because not only can you chat with the person and get to know them better but you can organize your thoughts so that you don't put your foot in your mouth or come across as someone you really are not.

Too many scams

Sooooo tired of scams. If it is not someone needing money because they suddenly ran out of food after meeting me online, it is someone who needs an emergency medical procedure. I had someone just recently try to tell me that they needed $75 to download the free iPhone iOS upgrade. LOL. Don't ever send anyone money that you meet online. It is never true, whatever they say. Or at least know that the money you send is spent for their or just for their pocket change. You will never see it again.
That being said, don't be too jaded either. There are a lot of good people out there and they often get overshaddowed by the scammers and cheats. They are not usually asking for anything but your time, your love and your understanding. And as many of the scammers that you meet, know that they are meeting at least that many too and they are still trying to find you.
~ Don't gie out money to people online
~ Don't send personal information like social or bank routing number
~ Don't buy gift cards or plane tickets
~ Don't get discouraged by scammers. Good people are out there!
