It is the wanting and the needing
of expectations that makes
Dominants and submissives equal.
It never ceases to amaze me that those
who look down on someone for their
particular bent in the lifestyle (Top or bottom)
or feel that Dominant equals better and
submissive equals less. Each person in
whatever type of relationship you have
with anyone you are involved with has
a set of expectations, a set of rules and
a set of priorities we recognize about
each other. The D/s relationship is no
different. Now I have heard the argument,
“I am the Dom, so I set the rules, the
expectations and the priorities”. Well
good for you, don’t all of us Doms do that?
Yes, but only the foolish don’t realize we
can only set these rules and expectations
and priorities to a partner who as an equal
has her own set of rules, expectations and
priorities she needs. As much as a Dominant
expects a submissive to follow their concepts
of rules, expectations and priorities, a
Dominant must be willing to do likewise
for a submissive. Both partners need
something within a relationship. Yes a
submissive wants to have rules and
sets of priorities and expectations set
for them, but they also have some needs
of their own that a Dominant needs to fill.
Before we go stroking our egos thinking,
“yeah they need us”, let us not forget we
want/need them as much as they do us.
Take time to actually ask what they want
to do once in awhile, or better yet get to
know your partner so well that you don’t
have to ask, you can just do
To both Dominants and submissives a piece of advice:
want your partner to make you happy and do all that
they can to nurture you?
Give more and take less.

A man sat down at a bar and told the bartender, "I bet you three hundred dollars that I can piss into the cup all the way over there on the other side of the bar and not miss a single drop."
The bartender said, "There is no way you can do that. Sure, I'll bet you three hundred dollars."
The man then begins to undo his pants and begins pissing. He starts pissing all over the bar, spraying on the bottles and the bartender, not making a single drop in the cup.
The bartender starts smiling and laughing and says, "That's it, you owe me three hundred dollars." The man then gets up and walks over to the pool table and starts laughing and shaking hands with the men standing there.
He walks back to bar, sits down and starts laughing at the bartender and hands him the money.
The bartender asks, "Why are you laughing? You just lost the bet." The man said, "I'm laughing because I bet those guys over there one thousand dollars that I could piss all over you and your bar and you would still be laughing when I was done."
Sometimes what we perceive as being good, is just being pissed on again.

There is a demonic nature that occurs
when one persons will Dominants another
in a way that pushes and goes against the barriers of accepted social behavior.
It is also an endless, aching, hunger for the evil within us . .
There is a long-standing belief that both good and evil exist within each of us . .
The Cherokee would tell you, the one that prevails depends on the one you feed,
while in the far east . . they would say,
it depends on what we sow within our consciousness.
But evil . . actually is not something real. .
Evil is simply an absence of decency and good . .
When I take you to that place in your mind and in mine . .
Decency and good will have scurried into the corner . .
It is the beast, the demon that you bow beneath . .
to offer your unsated hunger to . .
You claim to not be meant for frivolous acts of sex and lust . .
considered unnecessary to your intellect . .
I suggest when you bow, to be used and taken . .
that you adjust your eyes to the darkness . .
So as not to be blinded by the light . .
but not to worry young lady,
your lessons will not require you to be sighted . .
for lessons of the soul cannot be seen . .
nor can the evil that precipitates your blindness.

Because there will always
be something they fear more
than you.
If you train a submissive with
trust and respect . .
They will come to you . .
No matter what their fears are.

That while you cannot seek answers from your own heart, soul, spirit . . being far from others because the answers you seek cannot be given or spoken to you . .
only learned through living.
A Master travels the world over in search of truth, only to return to find the answer was where he left it. That to the questions in life . . you are the only answer . .
That to the problems in life . . you are the only solution.
The Master finds that he can teach anyone how to get what they want out of life . .
But he can't find anyone, that knows what they seek from life . .
He finds that most stand in their own shadow . . and wonder why it's dark . .
But the true submissive stands in their own shadow so the light of their Master may shine brighter.

embarassed by my
native American
experience and could
never get my mind
around the rain dance.
But I have to admit that
it seems a better belief
than the 25% of Americans
that don't believe weather
is a science but believe that
"God" controls the weather.
