Non member communication

It’s very hard to communicate for non members. They IM only works enough to take your points then freezes causing you to log out and thus lose those points. I was a paid member for a year and didn’t renew only to see my card charged like 3 weeks later. I think you can communicate thru the blog but I am not sure. Maybe you could broadcast with a blank screen and chat? Oh well just a little rant . This will probably be blocked by the site.

why is it the IM never works? They don’t have any issue taking the points then it freezes and if you refresh you are out.
