The Cabin

Built in a grove of oak and maple trees on my 3000 acres this "Cabin" is a place where Leslie and I can go to relax and friends can join us for some good fun. Nothing fancy, no great castle like building, but is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and cozy year round.

A road leads down from the main Cabin, about half days ride is the beach house, a favorite place to spend cool fall days and nights. High up on a hill above the main Cabin is the Eagles View house. It has special meaning to us. Deep in the forest there is another smaller but cozy cabin, this is the hunting place. It is always comfortable and well stocked. A fresh cool stream runs through the forest and empties into Lake Cherokee where the guest house is, if it is ever needed.
