I am very led by His will, what He wants is very important to me. When things feel right I feel a deep need to please Him. That said, I also have needs and wants. Some pain, but I am more interested in enduring something if it pleases Him. That doesn't mean things aren't negotiated and that limits and boundaries are ignored. In fact the talking about needs and wants, negotiation and discussion of limits is crucial for me - I need to know I will be safe and can trust that He is able to understand his own limits, wants and needs (they can of course change over time).
What I really would like is a Him who can really listen and talk, be honest both with Himself and with me and respectful of us both in the first place, in my experience that is pretty tricky to find. I am seeking an emotional connection with a d/s sexual dynamic - not anything 24/7 (I think I would find that tricky.).
What I don't need is a mentor or advisor, a teacher or someone who feels he is superior just because he has a dick. That doesn't mean I can't listen to sense just that I don't want to be thought of as needing life 'guidance' - I don't.
And I am not looking for a casual hook up...
I love gags - I have a strong desire to feel not think or talk and being gagged makes that more of a possibility. The rest is negotiable but with the usual limits - nothing that involves blood or scat or anyone or thing that cannot give informed consent.
He needs to reassure me he is safe and can provide a good level of care for my wellbeing.
I am 5'6" with a few extra pounds and I try to keep fit.

My Ideal Person:
Physically bigger than me is welcome but I am not attracted to slight or skinny men or men who are shorter than me. Average to big is fine. Obviously we need to find one another attractive and there needs to be a chemistry.
Emotionally intelligent and not already in a relationship that means ours would have no potential. It's very helpful if he can be articulate.
I don't respond to dick pics, sexual talk by way of introduction or the 'bow to your master' silliness that some people feel obliged to send to women.
He will do what he says he will and know himself and his needs well.
